NOVA Shared Services Learning Project Liaison (part-time)

Qualifications Required:

Associate degree or combination of work experience and coursework that would be equivalent to an associate degree. Demonstrated ability to use various computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population including students, faculty, staff and the general public in a professional environment.

Additional Considerations:

Work experience in an educational environment.

Duties:

Support the college's Online Learning program by providing high quality customer service to students and faculty at the Dublin campus. Serve as a liaison for the shared services learning project, which provides student support. The liaison will assure that students are fully informed regarding NOVA critical shared distance learning course information, student progress and course success. Perform other duties as assigned. Work hours are limited to 29 hours per week.

Salary:

$15.00 per hour
